The band will take this weekend off, but will return on May

Background
The
Bill Thompson Band was founded in 2003 by Bill Thompson and
Rick Akers. The band plays a variety of classic rock and
country music covers in the Finger Lakes region of upstate
New York. They regularly entertain at bars, parties,
weddings, and charity benefits.
The music
of The Bill Thompson Band is unique to the Finger
Lakes region as it employs a heavy emphasis on the
piano. Bill Thompson is a staple in the music scene of
the area, and has augmented his sound with quality
musicians. Rick Akers is an experienced gigging
guitarist adding superb rhythm to the band’s sound.
