Bill Thompson

MeetUsBillBill Thompson is the front man for the Bill Thompson Band. He plays the keyboard, bass, and sings lead vocals. Bill grew up in Pulteney NY and attended Hammondsport Central School. He studied music and mathematics at Potsdam College. He now works as a mortgage banking consultant for PricewaterhouseCoopers. Bill enjoys spending time with his wife and 3 children, music, computers, community theater, and poker.

Rick Akers

MeetUsRickRick Akers is the lead guitar player for the Bill Thompson Band. He grew up in Pulteney NY and attended Hammondsport High School. Rick is a master clinical hypnotherapist. Rick enjoys boating on Keuka Lake, camping with his wife and 3 children, working on guitars, and playing music.

Becka Thompson

MeetUsBeckaBecka Thompson sings lead and backing vocal harmonies for the Bill Thompson Band. She was born in Philadelphia PA. Becka grew up in Hammondsport NY and attended Hammondsport Central School. Becka is currently attending SUNY Geneseo with plans to teach high school history. She enjoys scrapbooking, singing, community theater, and vacations.

Gary Wilson

MeetUsGaryGary grew up in Bath NY and attended Haverling High School. He owns and operates Crowsong Recordings studio in Savona NY. Gary enjoys music, spending time with his family, fishing, SCUBA diving, and drum circles.
